Really liked the look of the room, we stayed in Chic room, spacious, huge bed, everything working well like aircon etc. The huge downside is that room balcony is over the street which is very disturbing and makes it hard to sleep during the night. Sound isolation through balcony simply doesn’t exist, at night comes many trucks to fill the water pipes and they’re very loud. Some people can be loud early morning whilst waiting for their transfer or partying at night below the balcony on the street (there are sitting spots that they can use) Other than that, good place, perfect location to the beach and all restaurants! Huge benefit! Would recommend the place, just ask for a room that is not facing the street if you prefer to sleep in quiet.

The rooms are quite nice, nothing crazy but good value for money. AC in my room didn’t work properly so it was always very hot. The reason I would NEVER come back is the horrible attitude of general manager. This lady is so mean , unpleasant and never gave me a smile even once. As i came alone to Phuket, as a single girl I asked to give me room different room not the one on the ground floor next to the exit. With the attitude and unfriendliness she said no. Since then she said never looked friendly to me. At the last night she was again mean and tried to rip me off. STAY AWAY!! And for the hotel management , my advice - get another manager!

Kiri Burger and Bowl is a great place to stop for a drink and something to eat. It’s centrally located in Kata a short walk from the beach. The food is clean, beautifully served and delicious. The smoothies and beers are ice cold and the ambience is friendly, comfortable and welcoming. Very relaxed and with great service.

A really good option near the sea, literally in front of beach. Staff are really friendly. The installation is a little old, like curtain and pillows. Swimming pool and gym close kind of early(8:00pm) The breakfast included is delicious and you can have lunch and dinner as well. Kiri is good option for various menu. We got attended by a waiter named phisuth at restaurant it was the best service.

The worst value for money in hole Thailand! The use Coca Cola to clean the toilet😂😂😂! Smells bud also and for sure needs a renovation! The only good thing except of the nice place Kata, is the great stuff!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
