Currently staying in the Suhan 360 seaport, this is our 3rd day of a 2 week holiday. We arrived here at 4am and staff was working hard to accompany us as had all staff since we were here, we are here on a large family holiday 12 of us in total and all rooms are beautiful. The seaview is amazing watching the sunset is spectacular. The pool area is beautiful, really clean and modern. The view from the pool is great too. The breakfast could have a wider variety as my children aren’t good eaters. But my partner loves the food and said it’s really nice. The staff are so polite especially isuzy. I would definitely recommend staying here, I will update my review when I am finished my stay

Nice overall. Some issues: Breakfast/food too expensive and not really good taste; needs some renovations; location is not really good (hill upwards). Good: Nice people/staff; Good service; Nice swimming pool; lift available; rooms clean; nice sea view (optional). It is surely recommended to anyone going to Kusadası! Very interesting…

Worst hotel ever, this hotel is so old and so dirty not normal. We went to the reception to complain and they acted like that we were lying but thankfully we made pictures of all the room and when we showed them the pictures they didn’t say sorry and said they were clean when clearly they weren’t, but okay! I don’t recommend anybody to stay here! And we needed to change the twice because literally all of them were dirty and nasty! They can close this hotel and put down and build a new one could be better!

The staff was friendly, especially Kamran, who was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located near the Kusadasi Center, restaurants, supermarkets, and a taxi stand (please note that there’s a steep hill next to the hotel). The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel provided necessary amenities like toiletries, slippers, and a safe. On my first day, I encountered an issue with the TV remote and hotel key/card, but they promptly fixed it without any delay, which I highly appreciate. There are a few activities available such as foosball (table football), chess, and of course, swimming in the pool, which I find nice. The WiFi coverage could be a little better, and the water in the washroom was salty. Bar from these issues, the hotel is great. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Kusadasi!

Great place to stay. The staff very helpful, approachable and nice. Food is better than in the close-by Marina (way better) and the view is nice too. Rooms are being renovated at the moment so I guess next time 5/5 on rooms as well. The place is located within the walking distance from the centre (around 15min.)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
