Though its a good suite apartment at a beautiful location of Las Condes region, but they need to renovate the room furniture. The carpet, refrigerator, cutlery and cooking utensils were all wornout and quite old. They replaced few kitchen items after complaint to our corporate booking manager. Toilet WC flush was faulty too. View from top floor rooms is really good.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The amenities are quite old, cheap and minimalist; it looks very different from the pictures they show in internet; possibly there is little maintenance in the last years. The gym is almost useless, since the machines are partially broken, and it's very small. The shown swimming pool is out of service. Cleaning service is good, rooms are spacious. Heating over air conditioning is old and terribly noisy: it's impossible to sleep if switched on, during the day the heater is so loud as living in a busy street; the ventilator switch doesn't work, it's set at maximum, and you have to live with or suffer the coldness. Breakfast is some 50 m away, and it's good if you are easy going, like I am, since it's quite basic, and it's always the same. Location is good, but all in all it's better to find another place.

I stayed at this hotel for about 10 days before and the rooms are still relatively large, but the view and facilities are rather old and not modern enough. The included breakfast was not very tasty and the lunch was expensive. What is more strange is that after I checked out I found that I left a cell phone in my room and when I tried to contact the hotel staff they replied directly that I didn't find any cell phone in the room and didn't let me go up to look for it. I had no choice but to stop.

I probably would not recommend! Our first impressions were far from pleasant! Our original room was dusty, had a dirty fridge, food left in the freezer, the bin was overflowing into the cupboard, the balcony door lock was broken. Our request, to reception, to be moved was not listened to, until a cleaner came and complained about the state of the room. Our new room was also old, with new , polished flooring. We didn't have any sheer curtains for privacy. The heating kept throwing a circuit. A gap under the door meant the neighbours voices were clearly heard in our room. We needed to keep asking reception for basic appliances and equipment, (sometimes 2 or 3 times) like - a sharp knife, a cutting board, an electric jug. We were given a jug with a foreign Plug!!! The daily cleaning was very good. The wifi was very good, A substantial buffet breakfast is available 50 metres up the road. The location is quiet and an easy walk to the metro and shopping centres. Reception staff are pleasant.

Highly recommended, if just for the superior bedding alone. Safe and quiet location. Mini markets and restaurants within a couple of minutes walking distance. Strong wifi. Rooftop pool, towels supplied.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
