Suite Prado is a small and lovely hotel close to many restaurants (Spanish, Chinese, Mexican, Argentinian, Peruvian), cafes, plazas (squares) and places of interest. Staff were warm, friendly and very helpful, whether for information about the hotel or places to see and directions. Our room was well-appointed and surprisingly spacious: separate bedroom (comfy bed), and living room with a small kitchenette. We had a choice of three French balconies from which to view the street and activity. I would certainly stay at Suite Prado again and recommend it to all my friends. A lovely place. Room photos on their site are accurate. Our stay was Sept 20 to 23, 2023.

It was very dissapointing the way we were treated today. We stay at this hotel often with family, friends, and business. Our flight from the United States was overbooked and unfortunately we were not able to make it to Madrid today, 5/25/23. The hotel was not able to honor our request not to lose our night. A hotel of this value if they had good business practice they would offer the client the night at a future date, but obviously they do not have it. We will surely never stay at this location again and will ensure to advise our business partners, family and friends of the approach that was taken. Thank you.

The hotel is in a very good location, 10 minutes walk to the Prado, 25 to the palace. There is a wide selection of bar's and restaurants close by as well as a couple of shops. We had a junior suite, with a bedroom and separate lounge and small kitchen area. The room was very spacious and had everything you need for a holiday or short break , very clean and tidy, however the rooms are looking a bit tired. Breakfast is very basic. Staff are very good.

Great place!! Rooms are good, the windows are giving onto a closed space with a very loud pipe and some fumes, but there's airco and the room is fresh so seemingly you don't need to open the window. Rooms are fairly loud, so be sure to bring your sleeping gear (ear covers and so on).The room is well equipped, with also: toothbrush and paste, shampoo and soap (no conditioner), towels (no bath robes and no slippers). There's also a mini kitchen with a minibar, an induction plate set (2 plates) and a sink. Breakfast is served from 8am till around 10am, so not really great if you are on business travel (early wakeup), I wish they had an option for us business travellers (but they offer at least a coffee). Location is amazing but taxis cannot enter (pedestrians street) so beware if you cannot walk 2 mins to the next street for any reason. They have a lift with zero stairs to get to the rooms. The staff is the best feature of the hotel: it's open 24/7 and they will go an extra mile for you, with always a smile on their face. The 4 stars are totally deserved.

Location us the best thing about this place, you'll have walking distance to the whole center/historic district. Comfortable beads, everything was functional. Fairy worn down and the kitchen only had the bare minimum of equipments. Our room was connected with the elevator, if you're a light sleeper I would recommend asking for another room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
