In one sentence, absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was the sweetest person I’ve ever seen, and she gave us the nicest possible room We are so happy for the sweet we received. It had a huge hot tub in the middle of it and our bed was round and it was literally just perfect. Always will be coming back to this hotel as we come to Rome every year

Location: Impeccable. Ancient Rome is a walk away. A couple minutes to the Spanish steps, a half hour walk to the coliseum. You’ll need at least 2 days to walk within a 30m radius. Food: excellent inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Bed side service, with perfect choices and brilliant combinations. On the same street within 1-2 minutes walking are several excellent restaurants. Room: luxurious. The sex appeal is just one facet of a very luxurious experience. The rooms are exciting, and care has been taken to add as many details as possible. Focused around fun experiences for couples. There were some small issues, but the area of the hotel I was in is under construction at the time of posting. (No curtain on bathroom window, second lock did not work, siding in tub was loose) Guest service: immaculate. The staff was extremely kind, energetic, and helpful. They care about your stay.

Loved this hotel. It was ideally placed in the centre of the old city, a short walk to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum is within 20 minutes. The service was wonderful, the breakfast first class, the rooms really clean and there are lots of lovely touches. Honeymooners delight! A bit of romance in the city of love. The lift wasn't working when we went so there were stairs to climb, but it didn't spoil the stay for us. Highly recommended to honeymooners.

I was highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which was misleadingly advertised on Expedia as a romantic destination. In reality, it felt more like an escort motel designed primarily for sexual encounters rather than a comfortable stay. The check-in lobby sold sex toys, highlighting its actual intent. The room lacked basic amenities: there was no space for luggage, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and there was no TV, with only an iPad for entertainment. Room service was absent, and the breakfast offered was the worst I've experienced in Italy. Air conditioning/ heating system was terrible. Additionally, the rooms were not soundproof, making it easy to hear everything in the surrounding rooms. The hotel's only redeeming feature was its location. Also take note its completely non refundable. So your stuck with your purchase even if you don't stay on single night. Absolutely ridiculous.

Our anniversary trip to rome was perfect at this hotel. Rooms are nice and clean! The music was a sweet surprise. Breakfast is delicious and she bring it to our room every morning the time we pick. Location is perfect to walk to every you want. We definitely recommend this cute hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
