        This place is heaven. And the costumer service is off the charts. The Bar is great. The Spa is what really make the whole difference their costumer service is warmth and Alan is definitely the best professional related to knowledge and expert in Skin treatments. If you think about a great place to go in Miami choose this place and book the Spa in advance. Specially Alan, you won’t regret !!! 🧡🧡🧡

        I would give MINUS 5 stars if I could for the front desk supervisor Samantha. I tried booking a room and the website bounced as I was trying to submit my information. We never received an email confirmation or any communication for over a month, until three days before the trip, with a full charge to our credit card. When we called for an explanation, they were rude and kept cutting us off, saying the reservation was confirmed and they DON'T send confirmation emails, only an upgrade email with a confirmation number that DOESN'T WORK on their website, yet they kept saying it as not their problem. When I tried to explain how ridiculous this is, she acted annoyed as if we were the ones being unreasonable, rather than admitting it was their mistake. She just said I should have called to check, when they didn't send us ANY emails for over a month. By that point it was too late to cancel our other hotel. Less than 12 hours before our trip and the confirmation number still doesn't work. They kept switching us back and forth between the front desk and the reservation team for almost 2 hours. I have never been to any other hotel in the world that won't send a booking confirmation right after the reservation is made. If you want to lose hundreds of dollars because there's no way to know whether your booking has been made other than by a phone call, this is the place to go.

        Had the best fish and chips at the altitude pool bar earlier. Pleasantly surprised with the thick filling fish fillet and the batter was on point, not overly thick and you could still hear the crisp when you cut it even after a while.

        My husband and I came to visit Miami for the second time this past weekend. Last year we stayed on South Beach and this year we decided we wanted to do it a little different. After a lot of research, I kept landing back at this hotel and I’m so glad this is where we stayed. Absolutely stunning hotel, staff was so friendly and helpful, location was perfect!!! Our room was super roomy, bed was very comfortable and the view was awesome. We stayed in a King Suite with a city view that looked right over to all the shops. Traffic noise wasn’t an issue at all unless it was something loud like a horn, sirens or revving engines. But that wasn’t an ongoing thing. Next time we come back to Miami, there is no other place I would rather stay than at SLX Lux! Edited to say…we had one minor issue with our shower not working properly and the staff came up to our room at a late hour to help resolve the issue. An offer was made to let us change rooms immediately but we agreed for maintenance to come back the following morning at a time I had given and like clockwork they came and resolved the issue.

        Everything exceeded our expectations! It was a great first impression from the moment we walked through the door and into the lobby -A very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Francisco at the front desk was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole check- in/check-out process. The front desk manager, Mario, was superb and made our stay extra special. Really went above and beyond -something not often seen lately. Thalia at the front desk was very attentive to all guest that passed through the lobby and Friztner handled our small issue at 2am promptly. The room was huge, super clean and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and a nice place to relax in. Overall, a fantastic stay! It's the place to be when visiting/staying in Brickell. Can't wait to stay here again. Thanks, Team for making my celebration extra special! Keep up the great work!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
