        I recently had the opportunity to stay at Blue Suites in Greece, and it is with regret that I cannot recommend this establishment to prospective guests due to some notable concerns that affected our overall experience. I want to share these concerns in the hope that they can be addressed for the benefit of future visitors. Upon our arrival, we encountered service-related issues that left us dissatisfied. Our interactions with the staff, including Anastasia, were less than ideal. We found their conduct to be less professional and accommodating, which made our stay somewhat uncomfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness and maintenance of the accommodations left much to be desired. The pool area, in particular, was not in the condition we had expected. It was both unclean and filled with debris, rendering it unusable. Similarly, the jacuzzis were not as clean as we had hoped, and this did not align with the positive reviews we had come across during our booking process. When we approached the staff to address these concerns, the situation took an unpleasant turn. Their response was less than helpful, and they even advised us to seek a refund through Booking.com, which, we knew this was a lie and was not a viable option. This lie only added to our frustration. In conclusion, I believe that Blue Suites would greatly benefit from improved management, a reevaluation of its practices, and a focus on enhancing its facilities. Until these changes are implemented, I advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering a stay at this establishment. It is my hope that future visitors can have a more positive experience than we did, and that the issues we encountered can be effectively addressed.

        Looking at the comments on this Structure, it looks like they have good quality rooms and poor quality rooms. We unfortunately had a poor one. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets are stained and the bathroom is rusted and old. Lights were quite dark also. Poor privacy as the rooms are close to the wayside. The externals are good and clean, quite beautiful to see, as well for the pool area that is very very nice. The breakfast was really poor of choices and bad quality. Staff normally present and average. For sure a good position in Fira but is not a place that I would recommend.

        This is a beautiful property on the exterior. The room we stayed in was dark, the lights we insufficient, or alarmingly bright. The shower was so small you had to become friends with the shower curtain. Front desk staff seamed irritated at our questions. Did not accept credit cards. The rooms were clean.

        PERSISTENT SCAMMER HOTEL 15 DAYS IN HELL - LEGAL SOLUTION at the end of the text The pictures displayed are utterly misleading. They images published are from another luxury hotel that they also own Here s their process 1)The owner will cancel your reservation a few hours before your arrival (so you are not able to easily leave them a review - I had to harass booking to let me publish this review, with proof of pictures...) 2)Nobody receives you (there is no reception) you have to call the reception in the luxury hotel 500m away 3) The cleaning lady (very nice by the way) is your only interlocutor during all your stay 4) The rooms are absolutely not like the image they display. it is a 6sq metre room, no air vent, no sunlight getting in during the all day. The swimming pool...well there is none (albeit it is the first picture published on their business page) 5)Wifi is not working everytime there is strong wind or slight rain (80% of the day) 6)The lack of airvent in the room entails a strong humidity, part of the concrete roof fell on me, had to buy disinfectant myself 7) and best of all, when you dare to complain to the manager, she will explain to you that it is YOUR FAULT that you did not anticipate the roof to collapse and therefore asked to change room earlier. We obviously left the hotel after a few days, no refund of course from the hotel, they reject all responsibility. If you are reading this and are also desperately in the same situation here's what we have done. If you are European, you are entitled to sue them (for free in most countries or very cheap in other) through the "EUROPEAN SMALL CLAIMS PROCEDURE" it is a very accessible procedure, we filled up a form in 15min and you can ask a refund and up to 5000euros compensations. In our case we are sueing for False advertising, misleading information + negligence causing harm to third parties. remember to take picture and proofs

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
