The location is perfected I’ve stayed there 2 times already and I love it The rooms are specious, clean and there’s not too much noise It’s close to La glorieta del Angel. It’s surrounded by nice restaurants. Love it there

My first time here and everything went well and smoothly. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. I stayed at a double jr suite and it comes with an extra sofa. I initially booked for 2 persons and later we needed to add another guest that just cost approximately 15 more dollars. We also needed to do a late check out (up to 3pm) and it had a cost around 35 dollars. The service at reception and cleaning service was great. The only thing I noticed is that some rooms, like ours, had some transparency in the glasses over the hall, since they have a sensor to light up when someone passes by the hall, the light is extremely annoying if you're at the entrance room, the one with the sofa. I saw they put some kind of remedy to that on other rooms(an object that will cover from the side of the hall), so I guess you just need to ask or bring the issue to the receptionist. The location is extremely good. You're two blocks from the Angel of Independencia, and there's plenty of restaurants, bars, banks, there are some embassies nera by, malls and even a cinema. For sure if I visit Mexico city I will book a room at this place.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights and it was overall a great stay — the reviews did concern me but I didn’t have any issues with the room, there was AC hidden away and I felt safe. The reason I gave 4 over 5 stars is the check in process was messy, they need more staff or better management over it — also the Wi-Fi connection was fragile especially in the evening. I would return and recommend this place fully.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great location. Restaurants left and right as soon as you walk out the hotel door. Hotel is very outdated. Rooms were good size But felt very humid. Linen always felt moist. Bed felt well used. Gave me back aches because mattress has no more support. I don’t think I will return again 😐

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
