My visit was already four years ago, but i want to come back. I had a great experience, friendly personell, nice and clean rooms. I stayed for three nights. The location is perfect, you can reach everything fast and if you want to bring your groceries bought quickly back, its possible as many good shops are nearby.

The rooms are not ready at the time of check-in. We’ve waited for two hours for our room along with 8 other people, whose rooms were also not ready. With two small children we’ve checked in only at 5 pm. Stuff at reception is absolutely helpless. While we were waiting 3 times people were given not the type of rooms that they booked for. The rooms are very small and noisy. Only the location is good.

We got scammed terribly by the hotel. We had booked a room, but the name on the credit card was different from the name of the main guest, so the hotel called us to tell that this was not possible and they would cancel the reservation for us and we had to make a new one. We followed their instructions and made a new reservation. Once we arrived and checked in they told us that they understood the issue and ensured us several times that they would solve it. During our stay we asked them if the issue was resolved just to be sure and every time they ensured us that it had been taken care of. During our check out we asked one last time and specifically asked if we wouldn't be charged twice and the receptionist really ensured us that we would only be charged once and even checked the room that was assigned to our wrong booking. Nonetheless we were charged twice... we tried reaching out to the hotel to solve the issue, but they were everything but helpful at the beginning and stopped responding at all after some time. We think that it's such a pity that is had to go like this and really feel like we have been scammed. Due to everything that has happened we would not recommend the hotel at all!

Very central location and you pay for it. It is right beside a primary school, so you will hear it and won't be able to sleep it (wasn't an issue for us). Rooms are small, but then you are in the middle of Paris. They are all nice and clean. The front desk were very helpful with making complex lunch and dinner reservations. We had dietary requirements and they could ring the right restaurant and properly explain it to them. Thanks very much to the whole team.

Location is walking distance to the Arch. Rooms are too small and compact. Airconditioner was only in the dinning area and not in room. As we went in may it was quite hot and airconditioner was not working properly. And the mangers didn't had any solution for it. Otherwise staff is quite friendly and good. Booking .com rates are too high for this property better to contact them directly to book there is a huge difference in rates.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
