BETTER TO STAY AWAY ! Seems like a constant Scam for added Fee’s . This is a place where the desk person seems not to care about the traveler. 2) The manager’s main goal is to use reasons like “ our regulations” whenever it benefits the hotel. BE CAREFUL FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1) most websites like Expedia will pro the same price for 2 people as they do for 1 person. If your reservation has 1 person and indeed you are 2 people, THIS out that there Iwas no public price difference, I asked for a room on a higher floor for a view or maybe some sunlight. WRONG …. 2) The manager purposely put us on a 1st floor room with little to no sunlight, the room was musty and damp, and NOT WHAT IS DESCRIBED IN PICTURES !!! When I got the key I asked for a higher floor and the manager lied and told me the hotek was fully booked on a Wednesday. 3) IF THE MANAGER OR THE DESK PEOPLE TELL YOU THEY WANT YOU HAPPY AND WILL GIVE A REFUND ….. BE CAREFUL . Too much marhaba … marhaba .,, I basically communicated that I didn’t feel comfortable with the hotel after opening the door for 5 min,, the desk person approved a full refund and when Expedia call d to confirm, THE MANAGER RESCINDED THE OFFER. MR. Toufik Ben Mousa ( the owner ) if your reading this, a) if someone doesn’t want to spend the night in you’re hotel; please give them a refund and let them leave. b ) your manager puts the desk people in a position to be potentially untruthful and rude. c ) Please stop. Directing your staff to squeeze money out of every opportunity the hotel might have. It’s cheap and it doesn’t get you repeat business. Be advised - After leaving in frustration, I went to another hotel called Hotel Address , The service was great ! The rooms were better and getting a a sunlit room was no problem. At all . PAY ATTENTION TO THIS TOURIST TRAP !

Very nice hotel! We booked the very spacious family suite. Perfect location close to the Corniche, Hassan II Mosque. Free guarded parking. Nice staff and service. Affordable price for a beautiful hotel with perfect airco and totally no problem with the traffic noise. I would highly recommend the hotel and will book it again in the future.

The Hotel was in a perfect location across the street from the Ocean, down the street from Hassan II Mosque and many dining options. Staff were great and extremely helpful. Shower was great needs a few updates. Other than that a great and reasonable stay.

I just like it, because it's in the Cornish where you can walk facing the ocean it's close to everything,you can take the bus for 5 dirham take across the ocean restaurant's all around with very competitive prices plus it's very safe, walking distance to the famous Hassan the second mosque.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
