        The hotel is conveniently located close to subway, attractions and not too far from Atocha train station by taxi. Temple Debod and Plaza de Espana is close by. There are restaurants close by too. We had booked a room with kitchenette. The room was a bit on the smaller side but it was very clean. The kitchenette had just enough utensils, you cannot cook gourmet meals but enough to make quick breakfast which we did. The staff is excellent and the management is super helpful. We would highly recommend this place.

        Suites Viena is located on a quiet street just off Plaza de España, which is an incredibly beautiful park and square. The hotel is modern and upgraded, and is closer to a 4 star hotel than a 3 star. The breakfast staff were cheerful and friendly, and the food had a great variety of fruits, baked goods and ham and cheese. We especially enjoyed the cheerful and useful advice from the evening staff member, Daniela who went above and beyond with her help. We would definitely stay here again, and also in the amazing city of Madrid.

        My parents recently stayed at Suites Viena after my dad had a bad accident and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Their wheelchair accessible room was spacious, including the bathroom which has features like a shower chair to make life easier. The staff are problem solvers with customer service skills and English skills too. The price was also extremely affordable. In the center of Madrid, there are very few nice and clean hotels that offer breakfast included for the prices that Suites Viena does. My recommendation: don't miss this great deal. I'm going to be recommending SV to all my friends and family from now on.

        Your search for mid range hotel with 4 star facilities should be met here! We had large very spacious room, very clean, location bang in the centre of all attractions- still a taxi or walk away. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakie - Its ok ok. But enough to get you started. Loved it!

        I was on an on-site assignment and stayed at Suites Vienna for 3 months. I felt really as home there. The staffs were friendly and caring. Room had a mini kitchen also where I could cook something Indian when I wanted.The breakfast was yummy and the serving staffs were very friendly. I miss my days there at suites Vienna.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
