You can’t beat the location (once you find it as the sign is easy to miss). It is in the middle of a busy area full of restaurants, stores, etc. so walkable to many things. The bed is comfortable, the sofa bed not so much. We got fairly lucky with neighbors. The cleanliness could be a bit better. Overall, I recommend.

Should change their name to Suites You Stink! No adequate communication and no effective help!!! We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights One room had no proper AC for all of our stay while in the middle of a heat wave. We had to argue to secure basic amenities like soap and linen for the sofa bed. No towel service even if we asked and the plumbing overflowed.... Amazing location, great bed but every thing else was problematic. They had 3 days to fix it but came up short... So yes, your new name is Suites You Stink!

The hotel was in bad condition and was missing multiples amenities that any hotel should have. The AC did not work while the temperature outside went all the way to 42°C. There was no shampoo or body wash. And to add on that, the sofa bed did not have any sheets to go with. I was not planning on writing anything here until I received a notification on my phone saying that Suites You Zinc would like me to give them a 10 out of 10 rating.

Loved our 4 night stay at Suites You Zinc. The apartment was small but had everything we needed, was very clean and central to everything we wanted to see in Madrid. It's a beautiful area to walk around with shops, restaurants and lots of street entertainment. The Sol Train station is also very close. The staff on check in were friendly and extremely helpful printing us out maps and ensuring we knew where to go. Thank you for a fantastic stay I will definitely recommend your apartments to my friends and family and If I'm ever in Madrid I will gladly stay here again. Kimberley, Australia 😀
