I love their exterior design, so elegant and modern. I love their helpfull staffs, they are so nice. The room is large, bed so comfy, pillows are fluffy, big TV, cool AC, big refrigerator. The only thing that I less comfortable is their bathroom. The bathroom so small. They have rooftop bar and resto, and they give us 10% discount for those who staying at their hotel. Also they have cafe. Overall, nice staying here.

Overall I am happy with my stay here for 5 nights. There is a cafe downstairs, Fillmore which making easier for guests to get a great coffee. Kudos to all the staff that they always put a big smiley face whenever they bumped into their guest. Unfortunately, am very disappointed with their gym room. All the equipment machine either is way too rusted or can't be used at all. There is only one treadmill but can't run on it as the rubber has gone bad. Lastly, please take down the coffee machine that shows TWO coffee capsules instead of ONE since the management has changed the policy of providing one and expected only one person can have it :) Keep up the good work!

Miers Kuningan is well-situated between Kasablanka (a big mall housing a popular concert venue) and the CBD. It is also near malls such as Senayan City and Plaza Senayan, home to popular cafes like Union and family massage places like Kokuo. The room itself is more spartan than expected, considering how lovely the lobby and reception area is, but incredibly clean and affordable, which is exactly what I was looking for. The room comes with amenities like a full-fledged refrigerator, a hairdryer, toothbrush and paste, as well as shampoo and shower gel. The reception is reachable via WhatsApp, and is open 24/7 with luggage storage options before/after check-in/check-out. The compound itself is gated, with a cafe (Fillmore) and bar (Egghotel) housed within the same premises - it felt very safe and is great for remote workers looking for a place to park themselves. The cafe has charging ports too! Taking away one star for the room because there’s no latch, only a simple lock. The rooms would feel even more secure if a latch is included as an additional way to lock the room doors from the inside. The entrance to Miers Kuningan is hidden away in an alley too - perfectly fine if going by cab, but might be a bit cumbersome if going on foot.

This is the definition of hidden gem! The hotel is just perfect! The building, the vibes, the room, the staff, and there’s coffee shop in here with a good view and atmosphere! The room is spacious and you know what? There’s smart tv in your room with Netflix to get chilled!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
