Slightly faded elegance in a central Dresden hotel. The room was comfy, with traditional style furniture. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was not a good as I had expected from the previous reviews. There wasn't much choice from the buffet, although you could order eggs cooked any way you like. I had " Eggs Benedict ", and it was slightly different from what I expected. A small egg layered onto a piece of fried bread, with a lot of fried bacon underneath, topped with the sauce.

Lovely 5 star hotel situated just one minute away from the Frauenkircher. Our room had a huge bathroom with two sinks. The gym on the top floor was small but had all the essentials for a workout - pull up bar, dip bars, pulleys, dumbbells and benches. Amazing 5 star experience

The Hotel Suitess in Dresden is a true oasis of luxury and comfort. The staff is friendly and professional, and the location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, and the additional amenities such as the spa and gym make the stay even more relaxing. I highly recommend it to every traveler!

This is a well maintained hotel in an incredible location. Our room looked out at the dome of the Frauenkirche. It is also affordable. We were surprised that parking was 45 euros. It was valet parking but that was the only option. That's something I wish was disclosed in the description of the hotel. We ended up parking just a block or so away in a paid lot across from the police station. This lot is free from 8 pm to 8 am so for our one night we paid about 10 euros. The staff was only okay and displayed a bit of an attitude. The parking and staff key this from a 5-star review.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
