All staff are friendly. They tried to speak English or used Google translate to communicate. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. I liked that there were snacks 24/7 however they weren’t restocked often in the bar area when we went down around 10pm. The view from our room was nice and the onsen was truly amazing. They even had private onsens for you to try out in different areas in addition to the private onsen in your room. The only issue I had with the property was the lack of flexibility regarding the food system. I don’t eat beef or pork and wanted a western breakfast which contained some pork. I asked if they could simply leave the pork out and give me the rest of the food. Apparently that was not allowed and they couldn’t make an exception. Given we were paying $500 per night, I thought the food was made fresh and not in bulk. We ended up cancelling our breakfast and going somewhere else. This place is not friendly to people with dietary restrictions so keep that in mind before booking. There were not many details online when booking. The dinner kaiseki was mediocre at best. The food didn’t have much flavor or variety. Both my partner and I were hungry after. Overall, this was a great stay in terms of having a comfortable room with a nice private onsen.

My partner and I spent a few days here during a recent trip to Japan and had a wonderful time. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff are courteous and accommodating. The food served during breakfast and dinner was delicious and plentiful. There are lots of snacks and drinks available throughout the day. The hotel is very close to Gora Station and the mountain scenery is beautiful. It's a quiet town, but there are still things to do like the Hakone Open Air Museum or a hike up Mt. Sengen. We would definitely stay here again!

Look nowhere else, just book here and be done! We searched high and low for a convenient ryokan in Hakone. Something that served dinner, was close to the station, and was clean/quiet. This place hands down exceeded expectations. Getting to Hakone from Shinjuku station was a journey for us and we were winded by the time we got there. The hotel sits on a hill ~ 5 min walk from Gora station. The service and amenities were impeccable. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast we had was filling and delicious. We honestly felt like royalty here. They have yukatas and traditional pajamas you can wear. They have 3 private baths and a public bath for women and men. We opted for the two twin with the open air bath in our room. It was a great decision but a better one would be a double bed with an open air bath. They have snacks, alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic beverages for your consumption at no additional cost. The spa was also worth every penny. So if you’ve got the time, we highly recommend this!! It is a nice slow down from soaking in all the touristy things to see and do. Your feet and body will thank you!

New place under 40,000yen a person. High place of mountain. Go to Gora station for mountain train. Beautiful scenery with silence. Very good service. Each floor has complimentary drink. Besides basement spa for men and women, complimentary whisky and beer. Moreover, breakfast time is absolutely silent time with enjoyment. Birds singing makes me happy with meal. I strongly recommend this place in hakone.

Nice Hotel and SPA in a traditional Japanese style. (Not a classic Ryokan) Rooms have a own onsen bathtub on the balcony, fed by hot thermal spring water. Very authentic super nice Food in Restaurant

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
