One of the best hotels I have stayed in Istanbul. The location is perfect and the location is right next to the blue mosque. The service was very professional and the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, toilets and bed linen were very good. 5 Stars !

Location is unbeatable. Rooms are poor, absolutely no noise insulation. Service is very average at best. One of our party had a room off reception that might as well be in the same room. Breakfast is ok. I wouldn’t stay more than one night, but you can walk to Blue Mosque in less than a minute.

Sultan House hotel is an apartment turned into a hotel with two sections across the street. One has a lift while the other one do not. It is almost at one end of the Hippodrome square, so half of the must-visit places (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica cistern, Arasta Bazaar etc.) is within a 5 km radius. There is a metro stop on the other end of Hippodrome square, hence it is very conveniently located. The ferry stop is also within 15 min walking distance. With a big balcony, 24 hour hot water and big rooms, i will recommend staying here.

Very nice and clean hotel with very polite management and staff who are always ready to help. Location is the best. Just in front of Sultan Ahmet Meydanı and 5 minutes walk to Ayasofya and Sultan Ahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque) Topkapi Palace or Kapalı Çarşı also 10 minutes walk. Hotel is very well managed, has lift, clean rooms, include breakfast, pick up from airport, tours and guides etc. Definitely recommend, and will come again inshaallah. Thanks to the owner, management and staff for all the help during our stay!

Nice stay, good location, nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I did the airport transfer both ways and it was really nice. Nice car and on time to pick me up. It was kind of hard to find the driver when getting picked up at the airport so I would recommend getting in touch via WhatsApp

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
