This hotel is really nice. The owner and his family are absolutely lovely and they all go the extra mile to cater for all your needs and so friendly. It is close to all the attractions and surrounded by a huge number of restaurants and cafes. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was the highlight of our stay, the breakfast is a traditional Turkish spread, simple and very tasty. Great wifi which is really important if you have teenagers like me 😊housekeeping is really good the only thing is that the area is a bit hilly. I highly recommend this hotel its great value for money and we will definitely be back 😊

Looks at first sight old but it is very clean and well maintained. The street is quite and the windows isolation is very good. Close to the blue mosque and the sea . Rooftop has a good view . The first floor is entrance. Second floor rooms are mostly small . Take floor 3 . The workers Ali and gul are very nice and helpful .

Sultanahmet Cesme Hotel meets quality-price expectations. It’s quiet at night, rooms are clean, and the breakfast (Buffet type) is tasty and nutritive (for a heavy touristic day). Furthermore, the staff is very helpful, and kind. Definitely recommended! It’s very well located to visit Istanbul! 10 minutes away from The Blue Mosque, and tramway lines! Many traditional Turkish restaurants are all around it.

I feel we were scammed. The location was ok but far from the coolest area of Galata. It was clean but so old and under mantained. Bed and pillows were terribly unconfortable but the worst part was the Noise. The rooms are not unsonorized so we heard the staff talking and moving furniture around at 3 am in the night. We barely slept in our stay. Would never fo back to that place. Very unpleasant stay.

Fridge and AC dosent work, no water in room, locked out of the hotel and made stand 30min before we could come in. I don't recommend at all. It also has NO lifts. Slow Wi-Fi, 1mbp download speed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
