We had a really good view from our room, a balcony and a small hammam in the bathroom which was really great. Although the hotel was beautiful - well decorated, amazing architecture, and great location - there was one staff member who was not helpful at all. It is unfortunate since this put a damper on our overall experience. He lacked hospitality (ironic since its literally his field - hospitality) was not helpful when we needed assistance and overall bad attitude. A pity since we paid a lot to stay in this beautiful place.

The rooms are clean, the staff is diligent, and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located near everything—I could access the metro, restaurants, and cafes within a 5-minute walk. Waking up to a beautiful morning with a view of the Blue Mosque was a treat. The hotel's safe and pleasant location sets it apart from other accommodation choices in Istanbul.

Great rooms, warm staff and excellent breakfast. The hotel is located centrally with easy access to metro and tram. You might not want to opt in for the local tour and Hamam from the hotel since it’s expensive, you will get better options on Get Your Guide/Klook

Loved the ambience & feel of the hotel. Very Vintage & cozy almost like a cute turkish Bunglow. The location was very good & walking distance to the bazaar & blue mosque & Hagia Sophia. The Breakfast was simply delicious with the beautiful view of the sea. The only thing was the room was quite small as well as the bathroom. Otherwise the staff was also very nice & friendly. Will definitely go there again & yes not forgetting the price was very reasonable & affordable especially since we were visiting from US. This was my experience last year when i visited with my son & stayed for 3 nights there.

As most of the other reviews noted, the views and location of this hotel is the reason to go. I WOULD NOT recommend booking a walking tour through this hotel. We did and it was more or less a scam, which gave us an overall negative view of the hotel for the rest of our visit. You’d expect a 4-star hotel to look out for their customers, not feed them into a tourist scam. Our guide didn’t take us to all the locations promised - instead took us on @2 hours worth of sales pitches from rugs to jewelry to gift shops. Was very uncomfortable as they wouldn’t take no for an answer. The hotel only took cash for this scam so it leads me to believe it may be something they do under the table to make some extra cash and get kick backs from these predatory vendors. When I complained, the desk manager who booked it for us just shrugged. On the positive side, I liked the breakfast, even though I saw bad reviews for it here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
