We decided to stay here after reading reviews of this hotel and it didnt disappoint. Mahmoud and his team were friendly, and very helpful and provided great restaurant and touristy trip suggestions. The breakfast options were plentiful. We stayed in the ground floor room with two single beds. My only issue was that the beds were smaller than normal single beds, and the lamp shades were above the bed in the corner so was trying to be extra careful not to knock into it in the middle of the night. Also the switch was right behind the bed on my side which was awkward. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, local shops, tram lines, and grand bazaar are all local and easy to walk to. I didnt take the trams as i felt it was commutable on foot. Overall, we felt that we were well taken care of and will definately stay here again.

Stayed for 4 nights at the Sultans Royal Hotel and pleasantly surprised. The hotel is within walking distance from blue mosque, hagia Sofia, topkapi palace, grand bazar etc. The room size is good, breakfast is great and the customer service is superb. We spoke to Mahmud but I am sure the same can be said about everyone in the team. Mahmud helped us with local area and assisted with making local booking/reservations. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely be recommending this place to Friends and Family members and will also be using this place again for my future visits.

Room in which I stayed in ground floor was too small but it compensated for the location. Its in Fatih and walking distance to most of the tourist spots and transportation. Room and bathroom clean . Breakfast was ok types

Hello! I want to make a long story short and just say that the hotel is brilliant! )) Here you really can experience a real Turkish hospitality! I liked our room. Although it wasn’t really spacy , but it was extremely neat and clean! And cosy of course! Breakfasts were nice ! Good choice. So , the hotel made us feel very delighted! I’m sure, we’ll return! Thank you ❤️

The rooms are very clean and well-kept. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. 3 minute walk to Hagia Sofia. Great value for the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
