        I'm using the 3d2n VIP Pass for this short vacation. However, the TV was not functional and no mineral water or sachet drinks like tea or coffee was provided in the room. Cleanliness was average; the desk was yellowish and the pillow has no pillowcase. Overall, I was expecting a better experience stay but eventually it was not that satisfying. Hopefully you may improve your cleanliness and service in the future.

        Unpleasant experience staying here. 1) Check-in experience: Arrived around 4pm but was not able to check-in because the room was not ready. I had to wait more than 30mins before I could check-in. Got attacked by mosquitoes in the lobby while waiting for the room to be ready. 2) Room Cleanliness: Even after the so called "cleaning" of the room, a camisole was hanging in the bathroom and towels are not provided. After waiting for 1 hour for the towels, the towels given has a bad odour and felt dirty. 3) Room: The room furniture are worn out. Wallpapers are peeling off, dirty kitchen utensils, few lightings are flickering, dirty microwave. 4) Location: location wise it's okay. The apartment is near to bukit nanas monorail station (about 5 mins walk) 5) Check out experience: Everything was fine until the person had to say "I hope everything is fine in the room, I trust you" while handing me back the RM200 deposit. Felt like an insult while being checked out. Such "great" customer service.... Conclusion: Not worth the price staying here. Room cleanliness is bad and customer service is unprofessional. Some budget hotels might have better standards than this.

        I stayed with vip pass for 1 night at summer suite kuala lumpur. The room was very basic, not much esthetic. The internet was not fuctioning, and also the freeview tv was not functioning, even after so many times i complained to the front desk, they keep telling me that they will send the maintenance team, till i checkout, no one come and fix it. Please improve your service, we planned the staycation quite a long time, we want to have a quality time with my kids, but already spoilt our moods with the tv and internet issue. This is the worst hotel experience among the rest that i stay before. The parking are charged at RM2/hour, RM30 overnite, what an expensive rate! One more thing, please upgrade your booking website, please make it more easier to the "vip pass holder" by showing only the available date of the selected hotel. We having difficulties to look for the available date, have to click one by one date..so wasting of time.

        A PANTY LINER WAS FOUND ON OUR ROOM’s AIRCOND!! The stay was a great disappointment. When I first checked in, not only did the place looked old, which was quite different from the pictures, the room wasn’t very clean either. There was hair on the bed and also infestation of ants at different corners which I then asked for cleaning service the next day. But to my horror, there was a PANTY LINER sticking on to the aircond. It was so gross and disgusting! I tried lodging my complains and feedback to the liaison person which only led to more disappointments. I dropped an official feedback on their website - no reply. I would love to have a good explanation, Subhome.

        Regret giving subhomes our unit to manage. Very non-responsive other than the poor returns. When returning back the unit to us, they left unpaid bills and did not return back access cards, then force us to sign acceptance or else cannot get back the keys. When we inform them of the damages in the unit, they need 1 month to rectify (even as simple as changing a bulb) and in the mean time will hold the keys. Really playing dirty tactics and irresponsible. Their actual business model is probably on the huge renovation cost they make u pay upfront. And to think that this is a subsi of Tune group, really unprofessional and lousy reflection of Tune.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
