Had an enjoyable stay here! The room is decently sized, the bed and blanket were a bit thin but I was still able to sleep okay. The location is great, within minutes by foot to the bus station, Fira center, and restaurants. Author and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. One thing to note is there isn’t a designated parking lot for the hotel (I remember seeing there is on my third party website). But street parking is extremely easy, I wouldn’t worry.

I was very satisfied to stay at Summer Time Villa. Super friendly owner is the best! Clean room with cozy balcony. Jacuzzi on the roof top with beautiful view. Also very close to Fira bus terminal. 🚌

My words might not be enough to describe how amazing was my time in the hotel. Arturo and all the staff are lovely, professinal and kind people. They are happy to help everyone. It was a great time. The hotel is clean, comfortable beds and super well located. If I ever come back to Santorini, I would stay there for sure and I wouldn't look for any other place. It feels like home!

You should stay here just to meet Arturo, the most helpful and kind hotel staff we've ever met. The location is perfect, close to the shops and beautiful views but on a quiet street. Also close to the bus and airport. The rooms are very clean. Only small drawback is that the beds are not the most comfortable. But we would definitely stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
