        It was a good hotel. I was there for 1 day only. Due to delay and cancellation of my flight, airlines transferred me to this hotel. Good staff. Nice rooms.

        DISAPPOINTED 2nd visit to your hotel.Two rooms booked for an overnight stay from JKIA.One room was bad, pathetic ,not clean. Kettle had rusted water in it which seemed to have been there for many days( very risky if i dint notice), no slippers had to call and ask for some, no room dustbin. 👎🏽 Reservation Standards are bad. Reservations time related SOP’s 👎🏽. Had to call 11 times to get a booking confirmation on day 1 which came with errors snd had to call again and the correct one was sent at night when we were on air. After checkout no receipts were given even after asking for them. Left with a promise to get them within few minutes, i had to call and follow up after more than 48hrs. Sad 😞 My bathroom was pathetic filled with dirt and moulds.This was really bad( i showed a video to the receptionist on check out, photos attached). Breakfast was okay basic though nothing extraordinary to give the guest a reason to come back there., Location was okay for us since we had flights at Wilson the next day. Breakfast was too basic, nothing much to make it worthy the money paid. The management needs to retrain their staff if the standards are to be maintained. Personally being a hotelier, i was very disappointed 😔 Im a call away if any more information is needed. Thanks,

        I couldn't sleep all night due to the noise of people drinking and talking in the hotel bar, and I kept hearing the sound of the door opening and closing outside. The hotel room bathroom had a strong sewage smell, making it difficult to use. I did not choose this hotel. Kenyan Airways has provided this hotel.

        Was allocated a room in this place because of Kenyan airlines mishap. At least we were provided an accommodation and could checkout before our flight time which was pretty good. Breakfast was also provided although it was finished and nothing much was replenished. The hotel in itself is pretty far away from the airport. The room in the hotel was pretty basic but the cleaning department forgot to take away a black panty that was still hanging inside the closet. My wife managed to give it back to reception 😂 The look on the receptionist face was priceless! Anyways, they were kind and accommodating. Also, the room had no hot shower. We are happy that the rooms were free of charge and that was the only silver lining.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
