Booked a room with balcony but got without. However was staff very nice an friendly and sorted us quick to our new room. Rooms was clean an very nice. Breakfast was suppoused to be worth over 220bath but you found exactly the same breakfast offer (american or english breakfast kinda) at many local restaurants for 100bath less. So wasnt really something we paied attention to but since we usually eat out and not at hotel we got a bit disapointed. Asked however for laundry service since it was plenty around, didnt get told anything about price. I usually pay around 200 for 2kg of my laundry 3-400 occurs with express fee but rarely. I did however not expect 850bath. Almost 5times as much. I dont know if they missunderstood me and sent it to dryclen or what happend but when I complained next shift was on in morning and the gentleman helped us even though it was earlie and got us sorted once again and gave us a discount along with a appologie that they always should inform guest about this. All over super friendly staff, nice rooms, a bit messy service but they make up for it in kindness. Great location if you dont like party but quiet nights with several 7elevens around the corner.

I stayed on the 12th floor room. Entering for the first time, I found the room Smelly and baking hot (12th floor corridor ia also hot and smelly). After few hour, false ceiling started to leak. Stayed 1 night and left.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also convenient, close to many attractions and public transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Huge rooms for the value price .. the hotel is a good location in the outer skirt of Bangkok only 20 mins to the airport .. has a 7-eleven at the front of the soi .. has a big parking garage … we had breakfast included wich was little less and only ok was 2 eggs with sausage and a toast with 1 coffee … it’s totally ok for the price and if you wanna stay around the Pattanakarn aera or wanna be near the airport … would come back for sure 4 out of 5
