        Do not stay here, unprofessional service. Group of 21 could not stay comfortably for 2 nights. No hot water and no working heaters. More than 10 power failures due to overload of powef from shower heaters that did not work properly. House is uncompleted and bill is way too much for small quantities of food. They messed up food orders and we got overly charged for service when we did all the service. Not enough sufficient resources. They got muddled up with the number of guests staying. Do not stay here !

        It says there's hot water .Once turn the hot water we lost power 5 times in one night just in this hotel.in the shower when water fills, manhole walks every where.For meals we got charged 350.00 only for plate of rice and additionally charged for curries . Wasn't a good experience. We got charged 107,000.00 for two nights for nothing. Had to explained the owner how the system works..Would not recommend for anyone😟😠😠

        Do NOT stay here! Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the terrible service, no one deserves to be charged so much for very little, we have been tricked into paying over expensive fees for 2 nights when there was not enough food and the power went out more than 10 times because their electricity could not handle the amount of power from the water heaters which did not work properly. Insufficient food and thats what we got charged for the most. We did not see the menu they gave whatever they could cook and as the heaters for the rooms did not work we had to ask for blankets. We got charged for three heaters which we did not even use. No Tv for entertainment. Extremely unhappy because we were looking forward to a great stay but we received the opposite!

        Definitely not happy with the service. Says it can accommodate 30 people but it couldn’t handle 21. Extremely misleading and we were not expecting it. My family have been lied to and cheated for money. We have the right to write reviews because we don’t want others to have a bad experience as we did. We ate food but it was not tasty and we got charged so much for curry which got charged separately. We are a family wanting to enjoy time in Nuwara eliya but we could’ve done it at a better place for the same amount of money. Thank you for the stay but we will not be coming again as it left a massive hole in our pockets. We don’t mind spending money as long as it has a purpose and we get fully what we paid for. We stayed there for two nights and doors, heaters, toilets were broken. We told them to fix the door which wouldn’t lock but they continued to put it off and whenever we confronted them they would simply say they forgot. The manager didn’t not know what was happening in her own hotel and the hot water system was a joke because I could’ve boiled water in the kettle and had a better shower than that. And the bathrooms were really small the water from the shower fell into the toilet and don’t you love when you’re trying to have a shower at night but the lights go out so instead you got to use phones to finish your shower :). We definitely did not see a menu for food or get to pick our own vegetables from the garden ?. Nuwara eliya is a cold place and once we arrived at the house we asked about the heaters and they broke before we even used them and then the hotel tried to charge us for it. As the heaters did not work it is common knowledge to give blankets but we had to ask for it. Also the bathrooms got flooded with water. We washed our hands with dish washing liquid and we had to ask for soap and towels (which all should be things that are in a good hotel). When we tried to shower at night the amount of power being used was not able to be supported and so for two nights in total we had between 10-15 power outages because they house couldn’t handle it. The house was incomplete and we also got charged for a service fee and when we did everything except the cooking. The view was great but because of everything else that happened the whole trip was ruined. Didn’t come to Nuwara Eliya to get cheated on with cheap service.

        Came from Australia for a holiday in Nuwara Eliya. Wasn't a good experience. Got charged dramatically. No hot water as advertised. Once turned hot water,system shuts down as the system can not hold the demand.Hasn't got proper set menu.Got charged separately for curries.It's not the matter of spending money. It's the matter of spending money for the service we asked and they promised.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
