Your bangla staff was so rude. Knocked my door so many times & so loud, asked me to checkout. While I already informed to your receptionist, ill checkout a little bit late as i need to wait for my husband to fetch me after work. Huh

Location is nice as nearby a lot of restaurants and 7-11. Air con is super cold. But the bad side is the room sound proof is extremely bad, cannot even sleep the whole night, the next door people was opening the TV and I can hear it in my room. Can even hear people talking and the door closing sound. In the midnight can also hear the guli (marble glass ball) dropping floor sound and it feels very horrible. Oh ya, you can also hear the alarm from the next door in the early morning. There are group of people who smoke in the corridor which cause the room have cigarettes smell which I totally cannot accept this smell. I will not return to here anymore as i totally cannot sleep and later need to drive for 5 hours back to North.

The staff is so friendly, I checked out at 0715hrs time morning and he still sleeping from the voice when he answer the phone..but he still smiling. Amazing! I always stay here for my short trip. It's safe, easy for food and friendly staff.

Went there with my family for deepavali holiday. i booked the room through their official website. I booked a 2 queen bed room and paid for it. When i went there, they said the room is not available and will clean it for us.. so i waited and when i went into my room, it was 1 queen bed and 2 single bed. I went to the staff to clarify this and demanded to change it into what was advertised, they simply said if you don't like you can take the refund and leave. Very rude staffs and poor customer service.. and the room smells..

Me and my family book 2 rooms. We arrived late around 7pm. But the rooms were not ready yet. Although there were no guests staying before us. We're tired and hungry and we had to wait for a while for the rooms to get cleaned. When we entered the rooms, there was an unpleasant smell and the floor is wet. Very bad housekeeping I won't stay here anymore. Please improve.
