booked for non smoking room but whole room smell cigarette. the water heater not function, don't have hot water, let me choose another room but that only fit 2 person but we have 3 people, what? one people sleep outside? finally staff allow to shower at another. will not recommend to stay here

Very bad experience, filthy room and there were sooo many cockroaches. They were supposed to clean the rubbish outside every room but since they failed to do that the cockroaches from a plastic bag outside entered the room I was staying and it was a complete nightmare. I literally had to early check out middle of the night as I didn't wish to stay put there in the midst of an unhygienic junkyard. Will not recommend anyone to this place

Room not very clean. Could be noisy. I killed a cockroach. Drink machine at corridor. Internet service ok. Hotel rooms enter through separate door-feel safe. Paradigm Mall is just across highway, need detour walking to get there. Close to varieties of tasty food(Malay, Chinese, Indian, Western etc) is the best part. Stayable if cost is a concern. Anyway, you don't expect 5 star service living in a 2 star hotel.

Parking is difficult. I booked for twin beds but was given queen. When requested to change said not available. Towels and tv remote given at check-in counter. Deposit of RM 30 for I don't know what. If for worn out towels, not worth it's! Ask to bring down used towels and remote when checking out. First time I experience customers have to do own housekeeping. Is this a hotel or dorm? Very noisy at night as there were drilling sounds until 11 pm. Can hear people moving about very clearly. Very small room with wall fan. Overall not a good stay. Was deceived by nice pictures but far different from what is shown

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
