        “WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL. INITIALLY AND LASTLY!!!” This place does not deserve to be called a hotel because it is nothing more than a cheap guesthouse. Despite the cheap accommodation, guests still deserve value for money invested in terms of service and amenities. The money guests invest is used as wages and to run your firm. However, I had a bad experience when I checked in for 2 days because the lobby and room smelled like cigarette smoke and were dirty, with stained, torn, rotten bedding and unkempt hair. Because this is a budget hotel, the toilet is a bit slippery, and the hair on the floor needs to be cleaned. Very low water pressure and no hot water. Bathing should be done through the toilet pipe. Chanel TV only has one and it's not clear. The drink container is dusty and very irritating to use. The female staff behind the counter are disrespectful and need to learn how to properly relate to consumers. The appearance is also bad!. It seems that the reviews a few years ago were also negative, implying that the management didn't care. This will be my last stay at a hotel like this. I will not stay in any sun inn.

        I had a terrible experience checked in for 2 days the room is very dirty, bedsheets with stain and hair. Toilet is very slippery and hair on the floor as you are chain budget hotel management should maintain the service. I have changed second room also same customer service is very poor. No tissue roll in the toilet has requested from reception but still not provided. This will be my last stay in this type of hotel I won’t stay in any sun inns.

        By right, no star should be given to my stay at this hotel, room 113.please avoid this room. - the room smell really bad, ie,tobbacos. - lots of stain on the bed and pillow sheets. -the aircond was not cold at all.fully rely on wall fan. -the water heater not working.i can't adjust the heat and the pump not working.ended up water flow was so slow. - the room floor is not levelled with toilet.cannot brain why! There is a step to get into the toilet.dangerous if u slip.

        The family room was ok but the bathroom has some problem are sometimes the water supply stop,the water heater sometimes it stop working and no drinking water The queen bedroom was so small

        Great location near to tambun lost world waterpark. Easy to park. Friendly receptionist. Room okay. Aircond very good and cold. Bed n pillow not nice but its okay u can sleep. Stay for 1 night. Price are affordable.
