        Yikes. Door didn't have a key and I caught people trying to get into my rooms twice in the middle of the night (i created a barricade with various pieces of heavy furniture). Cheap and extremely dirty without functioning toilets (though there is wifi). You have to pay 5 dinar extra of you want ac (which was admittedly quite strong). It was fine for me (mostly because I don't respect myself) but anyone with any sense of self respect or even with an average instinct for self-preservation should run the other way.

        This is officially the worst hotel of Jordan, first of all I asked them to clean the toilet BUT THEY DIDNT?!?!? The employe was arguing with me and was very aggressive THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A TRIP TO JORDAN NOT A TRIP TO THE WORST HOTEL, another thing I GOT KICKED OUT for arguing with the employe to clean my room, here is a tip do never and NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! ITS HORRIBLE.

        The worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The sheets, floor and shower were filthy. Our room was covered in black mold, and when we told the person working reception, he looked me dead in the eyes and told me it was not black mold and that at everything was okay. The shower was okay, but also dirty. It was right next to the window, which was incredibly loud. We had to wake up reception to leave. This place is NOT worth your money for any price, do not stay here.

        Just don’t stay here. Dirty room and poor hospitality. It’s a waste of money and time. I booked a bed in the female dorm room. It was very cheap. The room was a mess and not clean, the bathroom was really dirty, no hot water and and the shower was not working. As it was really cheap, I tried not to care. On the second day in the morning I just asked them to clean the toilet as it was really horrible to see dried defecation there. There was no toilet brush there. So, I couldn’t clean it myself. They said they will do it. In the afternoon, it was still not done. I asked them again very nicely and they said that it will be done when the cleaning woman is done with everything else. I didn’t accept it as I was tired of the dirty toilet. Then, they said that as I’m the only one in the room, they can’t prioritize cleaning the toilet in the room. The son of the owner was already very angry as when I talked to him, he was arguing with someone else on the phone. When I talked to him, he was very aggressive with me saying that he doesn’t like the way I talk to him, and said if I don’t like it, I can leave and go to another hotel. I was literally kicked out of the hotel. It was quite intimidating to be kicked out of the hotel on my second day in Jordan. It was a good introduction to Jordanian hospitality.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
