With all the positive reviews given here, maybe it's this particular room given to us which we will never ever return again. The room was spacious, with odd arrangements, but the worst part was that we were not alone. There were cockroaches in the room as well as in the bathroom. This, we find it disgusting.

The hotel is pretty good, you get what you pay for. - Good location, has plenty of restaurants nearby. Han market is also close. - Our bathroom has a bidet and bathtub. - Breakfast buffet was decent and you get a clear view of the dragon bridge as you eat. - Staff are helpful.

I was really looking forward to staying at the Sun River hotel but I’m so upset that I’m writing a review while still staying here. Firstly the room is old and does not look as nice as the photos and the breakfast food is not great. That’s forgivable I guess but then we booked a 3 person room and every time they still only provide necessities for 2 people. We’ve had to request a 3rd set multiple times now. I guess I could let that go too. But when we found a cockroach in our bath room🤢, the response from the staff was unacceptable. They did not offer any apologies whatsoever. They were indifferent and said they would check it out. We weren’t offered a different room or anything specific. I don’t think that’s how you treat your guests. So I warn against anyone looking to stay at this hotel because it has cockroaches and the staff is poorly trained. I wish I had booked a different hotel.

Rooms great view amazing for price. Staff at breakfast buffet super nice. Staff at front desk good. But when we check out on 130623 at 10am lady at check out at this time was rude about 1 bottle of water for 70 cents. Everybody else and Hotel great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
