        In all our years of travelling, I do not recall a worse experience than this one. These Sun Spalato people are the absolute worst. A month before our arrival all these reviews started popping up about the flats being over a nightclub with EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC AND BASS, so I called them to let them know that we are a family with a small child and if the reviews are true they should arrange alternative accommodation. Not only they did not arrange alternative accommodation, but they lied, in writing, that there is no problem at all with the apartments and they have received no complaints. They they changed their lie, and said the club is operating illegally (why would we care about that?). As you can see in the attached photos, the clearly lied. Our apartment was exactly on top of the flat. The reviews were not only true, but actually understated the situation. On the first night we called the police, who confirmed that the club has all the permits to operate legally. We called Sun Spalato, we messaged, Sun Spalato, no reply other than this: "Respected guests, We hereby inform you that, due to the cancellation policy, it is not possible to cancel the reservation free of charge and that we are unable to comply with your request for relocation. Thank you for understanding . Sun Spalato management". So what we did get in the end, was Balkan type of hospitality from a Country that pretends to be European. SHAME on Sun Spalato, SHAME on Split, and SHAME on Croatia for allowing these thugs to operate. If you value your money and your sanity, DO NOT BOOK WITH SUN SPALATO, THEY WILL MAKE YOUR VACATION A LIVING HELL.

        Nice, modern and clean apartment with excellent location and view. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the fresh air and the view from the balcony. Highly recommend!

        Excellent place with beautiful view and lots of comfort to offer in terms of sauna, massage chair, swing in the balcony. I only wish they were a bit more technologically advanced in TV offerings or chromcast.
