Of all the cheap hotel in Quiapo this is one I can recommend especially if you have an appointment to the immigration its just a couple of hundreds from the other hotels and you will be comfortable just book it online to have a better deal. Please spray insecticide cause small cockroaches are coming out when its dark. Thanks

Great hotel with a really nice room. The staff were helpful and the whole place was very clean too. The bathroom was very nice too. The breakfast however is a no go. It is served to your room at a time you decide with a set menu. However it was awful. It was a simple microwave meal type thing. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast.

My room at Sun Star Grand Hotel was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable bed and cozy linens allowed for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room featured modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-refrigerator, and a safety deposit box, providing convenience and comfort during my stay.

We are very disappointed with the service of the hotel. We arrived today around 3:15 pm and I told the lady who served me that I booked 3 days and I payed 1000 for depositom. Then she told me that I have to pay for the whole amount for the 3 days. I told her that this was not written in the online booking. They said that's the new policies now in their hotel. I explained to them that this is not our first time to stay this hotel. But they don't care. Of course I had to pay today the amount for staying here. But I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice and cozy accomodation. The staffs and management were very great. The place were accessible to a retaurants and market stalls and other government establishments.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
