Staff do not speak English. Hotel which was once glorious is run down and un kept. No Bar to speak of. Completely abandoned rooms. Staff do not clean. Towels for the pool very poor. Pool is clean. 2 star resort.

Clean bedrooms, good service, great location. Bring my happy vacation with 2 friends at SunViet restaurant with many impressions, fast, attentive, enthusiastic service staff and enjoy delicious, nutritious, and cheap seafood dishes.

I had a wonderful trip to Phu Quat. The hotel here is cool and comfortable, but there are some rooms whose doors do not open to the balcony. There is a swimming pool that is quite large but very deep, so the hotel recommends separating 2m and 1m from each other.

The first negative point when I arrived was: asking to "do the room and clean the floor" but why did I ask to do it? Then I went in and wiped it, but I took 10 paper towels dipped in soapy water and wiped it right on the bed, but it was BLACK. The hotel has just been renovated...., but I can't bear to change the toilet seal, it's too dirty. The water on the shower floor flows too slowly... going to the beach will cause a lot of sand and the water drains too slowly. Water floats, feels like the floor in the toilet will be dirty (because of the first impression of Room Cleaning, I think they probably won't scrub the toilet) Even though I changed the blanket, why won't I change it (the cover is white, the inside is a gray blanket) At 8:45 for breakfast, the food was cold while service stopped at 9:30. Let's not talk about the dinner table: - The mat is left behind by a previous guest who ate it dirty and left it behind. Almost every table is like that, only cleaning dirty dishes but not changing the placemats. It's better to not have a lining. - I lifted up the mat and it was rancid: watermelon seeds - Another extremely terrible thing that I accidentally drank the water... but after reporting it to the waiter, no one apologized... I just left the hotel today February 25.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
