Good to try this hotel as it’s almost in centre of all happenings in Pattaya. Walking distance from beach, malls and bars. You can access to local tampo transports of 10 baht as you want. Basic Rooms have essential facilities, only limitations is on complementary water and amenities in rooms. Better you carry your toothbrush. Two Complementary breakfast options available and good variation available. Hotel itself is spacious and grand in looking. Guests allowed in rooms, better to check in with reception. Reasonable price for safe and secure accommodation in this location. Enjoy your stay.

Rooms are comfortable but they are literally zero in service. They are mood spoilers instead of dealing politely with guests they treat them as if they are giving alms. I asked to get the washroom cleaned as it was left for cleaning in the morning with room. Had to call 3 times for it. Then a girl came and said she cleaned it... How could she do it while I was inside when she came to clean the room.

First View of the hotel was ok But when we got to the room after we put the key for turning on the lights for a minute was ok but then later it was disconnected. We had to try couple of times at the end it started working. The next day at 2 AM when we were sleeping, suddenly, the lights were gone and The electricity was out again. We called the reception they told me you have to bring the key down to the lobby so I had to get dressed and go to the lobby. Anyway they came to the room after and offered us to change the room in the middle of the night.We refused to do that because we were sleepy and then they sent someone to repair it. The next day because of the lack of sleep we were so tired and they even didn’t apologized for the situation or even didn’t offer us anything. The water in the shower was not running well and it was filled out all to the restroom floor and everywhere got watery. I didn’t like the hotel at all

I recently stayed at the Sunbeam Pattaya Hotel with a group of friends, and overall, it was a good experience. 🍽️ The food at the hotel was exceptional! We enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes throughout our stay, which definitely added to our enjoyment. 🛎️ The hotel offers a wide range of services, and we appreciated their ambition to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities and options available were impressive. 💼 However, there were some instances where the professionalism of the staff fell short of our expectations. While it didn't overshadow our overall experience, it's an area where the hotel could improve. In summary, the Sunbeam Pattaya Hotel is a decent choice for a stay, especially if you're a food lover. They have a lot going for them, but a bit more attention to staff training could elevate the experience to excellence.

On the plus side ,this hotel is centrally placed and their complimentary breakfast is fabulous. On the down side, the service is very bad. The AC was not functioning well in our room and the house keeping staff , who said that she would come back with the engineer ,never did so. The wash room was really conjusted and the worse thing was that you had to stand in the bath tub to take a shower. The hotel staff is trying to fine the Indian visitors on every little pretext. One of our party had left a small stain on the bed sheet due to a pair of shorts ( purchased there only!) and they were threatening him with a fine of 7000 bahts, enough to buy two dozen sheets like that ! At last they agreed on 700 bahts which the front desk staff promptly pocketed, not even providing a receipt. If you are an Indian visiting Thailand, you had better avoid this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
