I recently stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to GBK Senayan for a three-day concert, and I have to say it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever experienced. Despite its strategic location, it was a letdown in almost every way. The security personnel were unhelpful when it came to handling our luggage. The rooms on the floor I stayed on were disgustingly dirty, covered in dust, and infested with spiderwebs. To make matters worse, there were no toiletries provided. On a slightly positive note, breakfast was served to our room at 7am. It included a complete main course, desserts, and juice, which was a nice touch. What really irked me was the high price we paid for such subpar service. It simply wasn't worth it.

1. Moldy Walls 2. Bedbug infested 3. Cockroaches infested 4. Rusty Rainshower & Bidet 5. Leaking Tap at handwashing Area 6. Door Locked due to Running out of battery, unable to open and have to Barge in 7. Smelly & Dusty Floors 8. Can describe as HELL. 9. Dirtiest Place EVER! 10. Unless you want to get bitten by bed bugs that stings your whole body. I suggest you RUN.

During my two nights stay, I had to change rooms after the first night because the toilet won't flush. This experience was the major turndown for me. This hotel is located in a business complex but fortunately there were two or three well-known mini markets around for toiletries, snacks, and beverages purchases. However, I feel that this hotel is not well-managed as a guest-centric hotel. The rooms, at least the two I stayed in, were not properly cleaned and maintained. My stay didn't include breakfast so I can't say much about the food. All I can say is that it's quite pricey for this kind of hotel. Would I recommend it? Honestly, I would say no.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
