We had a great time here! Lovely hidden resort with shuttles available every hour, but you can also walk to Landmark beach from there! We took a private SIC from airport which was arranged by our travel agency, where we were dropped off at Sunda, the first destination. This exceeded our expectations considering the amount we spent! All of the employees are helpful, accommodating, and nice. It's normal that some people don't speak English as well as others do! All of the cabins are situated on boardwalks within a little jungle oasis, giving the place a very organic and natural feel. There are some markets and restaurants nearby. Coffee, a hair dryer, and shampoo and body wash are all included plus routine towel changes and room cleaning. Breakfast was amazing and had variety of options. Shuttle service was fantastic runs every hour.

I felt a little disappointed in this place, but I’m not sure if my expectations were too high for the price :D This place has huge potential and just need a refurb. The complex is semi detached bungalows connected via a walk way with trees and planting all around - a good nature/jungly feeling. The room was fine but felt basic. The sheets were stained which was a bit off putting, but they were obviously laundered. The bathroom needed a good clean and painting etc. We did get a few mosquito in the room which I think was from the door being left open during the cleaning. As it’s quite natural, there is nature sounds at night and the walls are thin so I recommend earplugs. Shuttle to the centre which was a great option but we walked in most times. Staff were really friendly and there was some lovely cats around. Pool was very small but we didn’t use it anyway.

The resort is not new but it is very comfortable, with friendly staff and spacious room in the jungle. If you like jungle vibes this is the place. Breakfast can get a little boring so I wouldn’t take it if you plan a longer stay

We booked for 3 nights at the Sunda Resort. The room was dirty (lots of bugs) and the air-conditioning was not working properly. We initially had a room with garden view, but on our request e were moved to a room with pool view. Unfortunately, this room was not clean either and did not meet our expectations based on the promoted photos. We were able to check out and were promised to get a refund. The service was good, but the rooms were not. I would not recommend to stay here. Especially with a pregnant wife.

We stayed here for 12 days. It was such a unique and nice experience. The staff is kindest people, especially receptionists. We had free breakfasts and free transfer to the beach. You can also walk to the beach, it’s not far away from the hotel. There are some markets and restaurants nearby. The only problems were shower temperature and ants. Do not leave your fruits open, they can smell it from outside the house. Lizards wasn’t the problem for me and I was also prepared for mosquitoes (we had a few repellents) Overall hotel condition deserves 4 stars, but I will give 5 because I always felt welcomed and staff was always ready to help. Plus it’s not expensive, you’ll get the swimming pool, beautiful view and (my personal favourite) cute cats in dressed 💕

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
