Sundown beach - located right at the beach! They offer pick-up from the airport - for 900 PHP a person - we did not take it and made our own way but if you want to avoid the hassle of navigating the TuckTuck, different fees and boat coordination it’s a great option. Doing it yourself won’t save you anything. We got off out tuck tuck and one of their employees was waiting on the main road - even though we did not communicate when we’d arrive - and guided us to the hotel. Super helpful!!!! Due to malfunctioning air conditioning we were upgraded to a Suite - very spacious! The bed is very comfortable and we were able to rest well after the exhausting travels. It’s a small hotel, my husband met the owner, very friendly. Great WiFi connection as well. We have two separate blankets, no need to struggle with one big blanket, love it. The beds are very comfortable (often I have back issues, here non of that, very restorative sleep). Highly recommend!!

We had a fabulous time again. This is a private small hotel with its very own flair. Rooms are huge with nice terrasse and great view. Pure Boracay island feeling directly on the beach. Also recommended is the German-Austrian restaurant downstairs. Always surprises like fresh Brezeln 🥨 from the oven.

Great location with only 4 great apartments. Fabulous view. Very cosy and big rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Associated German-Austrian Restaurant downstairs (different owner) has great food. Came here three times already.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
