The hotel located just opposite of Little Japan, where you can get alot of entertainment and Japanese cuisine. Breakfast is standard and staff is friendly. But the rooms cleanliness can be improve, there is a smell of moist and mold, the floor is oily in the room.

I stayed here to avoid dragnet after dinner with friends. generous sized , modern room with a huge round bath/jacuzzi, a comfortable bed and large flat screen showing more channels than I could manage. Friendly folks from the front desk to the garage, via the kitchen. Family friendly. The rooftop pool is small but tranquil and very clean with views to the river. Calm ambience overall.

The room is bigger than the other hotel at same rate. The cleanliness is some what clean but I have seen dirty stuffs on walls. The food choices in breakfast are not much. I was there for 2 weeks and I only had breakfast 2-3 times. The laundry is good but slow. The staffs can speak English. Also, there is an uncle in front of hotel who taking care of bags and car parkings. He is nice.

This location is strategic in district 1. For those who want to visit all the main locations in ho chi minh city this is the place to consider. The room prices are not bad as compare with the other similar small hotels. However I hope they can improve their roof top restaurant or bar, it has do much potential.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
