Worth the price you’re paying as long as you don’t expect so much. Suitable for those who don’t have heavy suitcases, those who are not injured or disable, suitable for those who have no problem sleeping with background noise. Cons : • Room smelled of smoke, even if we booked non-smoking one. Not suitable for guests with asthma or sensitive nose as the smoke odor is quite strong. • No elevator, not suitable for the disabled or injured. • Noisy, poor noise insulation as you can hear doors being slammed, chatters of other premise guest, water splashes sound from the drain on the bathroom. Not suitable for light sleeper. Pros : • Many food around, easily accessible when hungry • Close to a 24hr KK Mart • Water Dispenser Final verdict : worth the price

Good that Toilet has got no mildew and it's clean , that's VERY important No algae found under the sink area too , it's clean , cleaner did a good job! keep it up 👍 Suggest to Bring own towels and toothbrush , kettle if u need to boil hot water Bed is good 👍 If hotel is smoke free will be better as we were greeted by very heavy smoke smell once we entered entrance

The room was not clean. There was no water or daily necessities. There was a constant noise from the water pipes. They said work would start at 9 o'clock, but there was no one at 9 o'clock. No one answered the phone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
