I jhave such an incredible time staying at sunny gardens. Thuy is super amazing and helpful. The rooms are really good, cozy and appropriate value for money. I wanted to stay longer but the place is always booked even when the season is low. The best part about the room ( first room on the ground floor) was the space it has and cleanliness. Highly recommended !!!

We loved our stay at Sunny Garden Homestay. The family who host this hotel are extremely welcoming and very helpful with booking tours and calling cabs etc. Our room was spacious and comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures, with a large bathroom. It was cleaned immaculately every day. This is a lovely quiet area while at the same time just a short walk over the river to the Old Town, so a great location. Best value for money stay we've had in Vietnam.

Thuy and her family were such incredible hosts! It was so nice coming home to their friendly faces, and they made me feel like part of the family. The room is perfect, with a spacious bathroom, balcony and plenty of natural light! (There are blackout drapes for nighttime) The area is quiet and it is just a short walk to the Old Town, minus the chaos of being in the center of it all.

I stayed at sunny garden for 4 nights and I really enjoyed it. The room is spacious and clean, they clean every day and every day clean towels. Nguyễn and his mother are lovely and help you with anything you need. Lovely quiet place. I needed to leave one night sooner and that was no problem at all, he canceled one night without charges. Very nice big bathroom as well and hot shower. Breakfast will set you up for the day, enough choice and always fresh fruit. Definitely recommended.

Excellent place to stay in Hoi An. The host is friendly and speaks English very well. His mother is also very sweet and makes you feel welcome. We enjoyed his map of the area with suggested places to visit and eat. The free bicycles are a plus. The rooms are very luxurious with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are spacious and very nice. I will stay here when I come back. A great value.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
