Mrs Thu and her mother are very gracious and kind hosts, we had a lovely stay and were very well looked after. She booked tours for us and gave us advice, but didn't push us to book things we didn't want. The room was spacious and the pool was nice. The location is a little further from town but was only a 30 min walk to old quarter or 5 mins max on a bike (free hire from the homestay) so wasn't an issue for us. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby too.

Had the most lovely experience at this homestay. Was originally only meant to stay for two nights but extended our stay because we loved it so much. The pool is perfect and refreshing, view by the river is gorgeous and the best part are the host and her family are so kind and welcoming you feel like you are staying with family. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An.

A brilliant place to stay for any guests. Despite being located slightly outside the old town, there are plenty of free to use bikes provided by the hotel! This makes it only a short 5 minute cycle to be in the centre of the old town. The pool was clean and you get the sun most of the day. The rooms are spacious and clean, the shower has good water pressure and heat! Wifi speed is also good and the have several routers around the property. In addition to this, the host and her family are extremely kind and helpful - they will assist you with any queries you may have. I don’t usually leave reviews for accommodation but we had such a good experience and were taken care of that I wanted to share my thoughts. I would recommend this place highly.

A lovely place to stay when visiting this riverside town. The homestay spaces & rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. Most have personal balconies. Tony and staff made us feel very welcome. Bike options are a great way to get around. It is a bit far from the old town but quite nice to walk through the neighborhood alleyways. Find your way to the river walk to get to town to avoid traffic on main road. There are some local restaurants on the main road toward town worth checking out for cheap local food. WiFi strong and consistent. Breakfast options very good. Lovely pool to cool off in as well.

If is far go to the HoiAn Old Town by walking, and this area is hard to book a grabride. BUT! this homestay is quite good! Room is big and I enjoy my time in here! here is a quiet place and the auntie is kind to help you everything, her homemade food and pancakes is nice!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
