The staff at the hotel are very friendly and keen to help however they can either suggestions about the local area or to make your stay more comfortable/convenient. The decor was a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was decent and hot, so I can’t complain. The breakfast is a buffet and is like any standard mid range hotel breakfast, although it is continental only, and was sufficient. There is a metro station 5 minutes walk away and we found it easy enough to get around. Overall a good mid range hotel option

Dirty, filthy and disgusting. We stayed for a week and on the day of arrival they had us in the wrong type off room so the next day moved us to a room that was covered in mould in the bathroom and the shower could hardly work with the amount of limescale build up in the shower head. They then moved us again after showing the staff the shower and the mould to a room that stunk of sewage that when you returned from a day out in Barcelona you came back feeling sick at the smell. Took the guy on reception to the room and he got what I was saying and told his director who although writes a good game when emailing but will do nothing for you but a €5.00 bottle of wine Communal areas of the hotel are falling apart with wallpaper hanging off walls and fire hoses meant for safety falling out of walls. I would strongly suggest you don’t visit this hotel unless you looking for a cheap nasty place to sleep after a night out.

Very friendly staff, clean areas and rooms. Our room was quite small though. Great breakfast buffet with nice attendants! It seems to me a much needed shade could easily be added in the pool area (there is space for that): on sunny days, guests are BURNING. :/

Very disappointing. Bathroom door doesn't lock, the safe is not attached to anything (someone can just take the whole safe) and not all the power ports are working. The breakfast is very basic food and costs 15 euro, and the location isn't as central as we thought, everything is still 20-30 minutes away by public transportation. The price isn't expensive but not cheap as well, we could have booked far cheaper hotels for this kind of service

Nice location. We actually originally didn't have high hopes for this hotel since it's one of the cheapest options, but it did impress us greatly. The rooms are spacious, the air con works properly, they actually have a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together, it was clean and they had a bath/shower in our room. The staff were very polite and accommodating. There's a jacuzi and a small pool on the roof next to the bar. Smoking is allowed on the roof. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel. It's not luxurious but it is perfect for the general tourist who wants a nice temporary hotel for the holidays.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
