        Sunrise is our accommodation of choice when visiting Auckland. We recently had the pleasure of staying in the penthouse apartment, it was very well appointed, the view from the rooms and balcony overlooking the stream and surrounding bush are lovely. The rooms were clean, modern, quiet, warm and private. They also provide secure undercover parking and easy access to your room. Sunrise went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.         I have been to 4 different accomodations in new Zealand the last couple of days! (Work travel) By far these guys have raised the bar! If I were you put your staff in this hotel to lift motivation and relax as well! It has a great atmosphere, clean and open! No noise just pure relaxation 😍. The staff are friendly and amenities are great! I would say that this is close to a 5 star, only lacking is room service, but hey if that means the place will stay odour free and clean that’s a great trade off! There are plenty of food shops around so I am definitely a big fan of this place!

        I constantly teach at different locations and travel all over the North Island. To be honest, Sunrise Garden Serviced Apartments in Albany, it at the top of my list. You really get heaps of value for your money. The place is very neat, looks new, there are heaps of space, friendly staff, spacious luxury parking and there are all that you can dream of in terms of luxury. I honestly cannot wait to go back there after every visit. If you compare other places in Auckland with this place, they all lack by far and you will always be disappointed, because there is simply no comparison!

        This accommodation exceeds all expectations. From the first minute we felt very welcome, check-in went smoothly. The apartments are very spacious and beautifully furnished. The biggest plus here, however, is the cleanliness. Unlike in most hotels, the corners are really cleaned here and attention is paid to the little things. The cleaning staff really do a fantastic job. If this level of cleanliness can be maintained over the long term, this will definitely remain our place to stay whenever we come to Auckland. Kudos to the wonderful cleaning staff!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
