We had one night at this Hotel, it is perfect for visiting Santorini on a budget it's 2 star but definitely worth more from start to finish we were impressed a very nice welcome at check in and check out, allowing us to leave our case for the day and then on return able to sit by the pool until our bus departure time , room was very nice extremely clean, breakfast was exceptional I would definitely stay here again if visiting Santorini.

I was very nervous after reading a few of the negative reviews, as I was traveling alone and did not want to encounter confrontation. However, my experience was outstanding. The gentleman greeted me immediately upon arrival, transferred my belongings to my room & gave me a nice tour of the room amenities. During my stay (3 nights) I had absolutely no issues with anything at this hotel. It was nice, clean, comfortable, and centrally located. I spent my days exploring the area by foot, seeing new things on every outing. The pool is beautiful. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, I prefer to sample the region's restaurants, but I did see the breakfast spread and it was quite elaborate. I was scheduled to be picked up from the hotel at 1430, but check out time was 1100. The gentleman was welcoming of me to store my belongings in the lobby, and even assisted with calling my ride when they were a few minutes late. Do not be discouraged by the few negative reviews. There are always two versions of the truth, if you know what I mean. My experience was absolutely delightful and I would definitely recommend this establishment to my friends.

We got stuck on Santorini after missing our ferry back to Crete. A kind taxi driver recommended this hotel after driving us to the port and back and we couldn’t ask for much more. Host was extremely accommodating (fixed our AC, showed us the taxi schedule and allowed us to come back a few hours after our checkout to take a taxi to the port). Room was fairly decent sized, only one pillow per bed (two beds joined together) and a tight but clean blanket. Bed was a little springy but it did the job. No complaints here, thanks for allowing us to stay 🙏🏾

The room was very large (even though the bathroom was small) and had plenty of space. The hotel itself is pretty and in a good location near the town center + bus station. However, parts of the room are quite outdated, especially the bathroom. The air conditioning was also very loud and made weird noises throughout the night. The breakfast was good for a 2-star hotel, and I'd recommend Hotel Sunrise for the price.

They complain about towels being dirty, I have stayed in so many hotels and never had an issue. You're supposed to wash towels after usage. Good location, horrible hotel and breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
