        I had a super bad experience with this restaurant names sunrise restaurant at Istanbul. First we order beer and omelette. The first waiter served n took order well. Then we order second round of beer and the beer came but mine was less by a few ml. As the is a marker in the glass itself 0.5lt. So I called the manager to actually address to him that is less. As we was promised draught beer and wat came was a mere can poured into glass claiming it was draught. As I question he just said it just a few ml n you want to question about it. "Aren't u ashamed to ask this?" I was like what is wrong in questioning about what went wrong. So I should just shut up when I'm actually paying for my drinks. And he said he will be ashamed to question as he has 30 years of experience in business. I said with 30 years of experience you should be aware of customer feed back and talk so rude to me. Literally he just walked away rudely without saying a word nor apologising. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

        One of the worst restaurants I've been to in Istanbul. The manager was very rude. The dish they gave was different from what we ordered since they can't understand English even though the menu is in English.

        Manager was fuming that a 2 year old baby spilt juice on the table, breakfast was a disaster, waitress smoked while brining food and drinks the manager though is an absolute joke of a human, rude and obnoxious behaviour through and through, never give this place a penny

        Tried the food in the restaurant only. Expensive, mediocre taste, poor serving. Also charge extra 100 lira for "service"

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
