Good location in half moon Beach. Chalets are clean and comfy. Views are stunning. Beach not suitable for swimming for adults, privacy not completely guaranteed as Chalets are too close to each other. Staff are welcoming and nice in general, whenever you need something you can call them. There're good and clean facilities like 4 large swimming pools for men and women. Gymnasium, playing area for kids. Good aqua park but families are allowed on Specific days, otherwise its inclusive for women. You can have water activities like yachts and jetski. 2 restaurants are there but quality is below average. Deli is the gift if this place, it provides high quality patisseries beside some dishes and drinks. The prices are high, and you won't find a reservation in holidays most of the time. Overall experience is good. And looking forward to visit it again.

Nice place for ramadan iftar. It is a gated compound but the entry is organized with helpful staff at the entry booth and to guide guests to their designated tables. The seating is outdoors with a beautiful seaview and there's a large screen showing TV channels. There's a good variety in the buffet (mix grills, chicken biryani, masala, small tenderloin, lamb, lots of salads/pastry/appetizers/fruits, 2 kinds of soup & many desserts). The arabic coffee was on every table, but note that soft drinks were not included. Adequately staffed and everyone is kind and helpful.

This place is recently opened for public. It was members only before. They have new renovated cabanas for families, they can be booked for short term stay. Make sure to make the reservation 2-3 weeks before your trip. It’s hard to get reservation on weekends. Make sure to request for the new renovated cabanas. If you are a family with children ask for something in front of the beach there children can go in the water due to rocks and pebbles. All the chalets are in front of the sea but not good for swimming. So make sure you ask for the one near the beach access. They have a nice water park for families and kids. Nothing compared to huge commercial water parks but good for a small kids with 3-4 slides and a lazy river. We had a great time with our kids. Make sure to check for the family timings, they are usually from 10am-3pm. Women and kids (boys under 8) from 3-9pm. They have 3 Resturants, one offers Italian food, one offers fast food and a cafe. The food is decent not very delicious.

Even while staying there in cabana, They do not allow you to the challet beach which is very strange

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
