Best experience, very warm welcoming . I would definitely recommend it. the service, the staff and everything was fantastic. It’s worth it. My partner enjoyed though it was his first time in Cape Town they made our stay feel like home away from home.

For the past 15 years, we've been visiting this guest house. The 1 owner June (who sadly passed away a while back) was always willing to give advice on restaurants, places to see, etc. We usually stayed in this downstairs room with a small gallery kitchen - that also opens out to an enclosed garden. The kitchen was adequate to make light meals. Always sat (weather permitted) outside in the mornings to drink coffee. June's husband, Lance, runs the guest house now with his son Jakes. You can also have conferences there - great breakfast are served on demand, as well as dinner booked in advance. Quoted from their website: "Walking distance of the beach, restaurants, Woolworths food store, a coffee shop and a boutique liquor store. Walking distance of the world famous kite surfing Sunset Beach. 5 minute drive to Dolphin Beach and Blouberg Beach. Magnificent sunsets over the sea and Table Mountain. Cape Town International Airport is a 20-minute drive." Always personal service at Sunset Decks. You are usually invited to their bar for a drink and chat.

Hi I stayed there during Christmas holidays for 5 nights. I must say the hosts were very welcoming and friendly to make me feel at home. Quite decent room for short stay and the kitchen was well equipped to do your basic cooking. The beach is just a few meters away and so you always have the luxury to enjoy the beach and it's breeze whenever you want. Area very safe and well protected by armed responses team at all times. will definitely recommend anybody wanting to stay for a short period on holiday. Good place to sleep eat and move on with your holiday plans. Kudos to the couple June and Lance for being a lovely host..All the very best.

A great place to stay and a very warm and welcoming feeling from the host Lance. Make sure he makes you his special omelette for breakfast. Centrally located for leisure and business travel in that area of Cape Town

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
