First, the hotel owner PJ was 100% more friendly than other guests said he was, so I actually felt sorry to him. Second, the room was very clean and didn't smell at all, so I liked it. Third, it was about a 7-minute walk from the MRT station. It was a walking distance and there were no abandoned dogs along the way, so it was safe. Thirdly, it was convenient because 7-11 was about 2 minutes away. Fourthly, the hotel was very quiet and the bed cushions were adequate, so I was able to get a good night’s sleep. Fifthly, the cost of staying at the hotel was good so it wasn‘t a burden. Looking for a hotel in this area I highly recommend Sunset Residence Hotel to everyone.

Despite being located in the city center with easy access to transportation, the price was quite reasonable. The studio room was compact but extremely neat and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there was a self-service laundry and drying area available. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful host. When I had an issue with payment (with the mastercard), the host promptly came from his home to the hotel to assist me, even at midnight. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Small room, comfortable bed, somewhat away from most attractions so be prepared to travel. Balcony about the size of two top loading washing machines. No minibar, no drinkable water available on site. Fairly quiet area, difficult to get back to after 10.00pm as they close and lock the gates of the carpark at 10.00pm. Need to go through the car park if you want to get to the main street area.

The staff is really nice and friendly and the room is clean and comfy. But I had a bad experience because the walls are thin and the door didn't stop the noise from the floor so the people next to my room and on the floor didn't let me sleep, because they made noise until two or three o'clock without paying any attention. For me a very bad experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
