Great location and staff was friendly. Room walls are super thin, you can hear people in other rooms and in corridor. There is a bad odour coming from pipes in the bathroom sink, windows cannot be opened and they allow other guests to disturb others. Guests having door opened and speaking with their family very loudly on the phone. I complained to the stuff, nothing was done.

THIS HOTEL IS A FRAUD! They charge you a security money while checking in and will find ways to charge u extra, even for the things that u didn't avail. I and my husband had a stay there and we didn't use any of the items that they kept in their mini fridge in our room. Still while checking iur, they said one water bottle's seal is broken, one item is missing and that means u have used that and charged us 200 Baht for no reason. We had a flight to catch and didn't have much time to argue, they alrdy wasted our time a lot. A big caution. Don't spoil ur vacation with this filthy hotel

Location: It is a great location as it is just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The street is full of bars, Indian restaurants and massage. Facilities: It is clean and you have everything you need. They have 3 pools and also a restaurant where you can buy food and drinks. Cleanliness: Our room was clean and is really big. They have a spacious room and restroom. They also have hangers and a vault. Staff: The girls could be nicer and smile more. Tgr guys were smiling a lot as well as thr guard.

"SCAM" "FRAUD ALERT"! A horrible place that can spoil ur entire trip and your mood. They keep a mini fridge where various items are already present and say if u use u pay, if not, don't pay. But, while checking out they scam you by saying u have used few of their items and will charge u for nothing. They will say one bottle is opened, one cold drink bottle is missing or a seal is tampered, or so on. Also as u pay security money to them before checking in, all ur arguments would go in vain as they will charge u no matter what ... An absolutely fraud hotel..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
