There is no activity available over here, all you have is room and lake view. No campfire, no activity, if you just want to relax then you can go here, but if you want to do some activity with your family then this is not a place for you. About food - they have a huge menu but it's not necessary that it will be available. They are simply not interested in serving you. Even the things were not getting delivered on the specified time. And whenever we requested for anything they were getting irritated. We really do not enjoy our stay here. They told us as their chef is sleeping we will get tea a little late and it is 5 pm. And we almost got it around 6 even though they themselves mentioned their kitchen working hour as 5 to 10 pm. Rooms - Rooms were okay, all facilities were there but the floor was not that clean, bathroom sinks and buckets were dirty. The lighting was good so the place was looking good in the evening but it was worth the cost we paid. We paid 7k for 2 rooms, excluding food.

It’s a beautiful place to stay for a night. Food was good. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean with hot water and generator backup. However due to limited area, one may find less activities especially with kids. So if you are going with kids carry some games along. Overall great experience for me.

Sunshine Resort is pretty cool, you know? The staff is friendly, and the place has a nice, relaxed vibe. It's a solid spot for a getaway, though like any place, it's not without its quirks. Overall, a decent experience.

Location is amazing.. Service is not at all good. Food package was taken from which most of the items were not available. No toiletries in room. Too slow service. Nothing is served on time. Delayed by hours and hours even for tea. Not recommended

Had an awesome experience at the resort. The location is lake side and it is very peaceful here. Food is also good and the staff is very hospitable. You can plan this getaway spontaneously on weekends.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
