Correct. Not sure about the entrance in the building 😅 feels like they forgotten to take off Christmas decorations. Rooms are small but décents. Access is good - not too far from the station. Rooms are cleans and well equipped! Friendly staff. (Don’t use the balconies they are not maintained / cleaned)

I rented this place with two beds, kitchen and bathroom for one month. It was a fantastic experience. The location is very convenient. The owners answered every querry within a few minutes. The place is very clean and very well maintained. I highly recommend anyone going to Tokyo to stay over even for a night cause eating at home is not only budget friendly but keeps you healthy. .
